Force Majeure
Trinity United LL shall NOT be held liable or responsible to the other party nor be deemed to have defaulted under or breached this Agreement for failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any obligation under this Agreement when such failure or delay is caused by or results from causes beyond the reasonable control of the affected party, including but not limited to Covid-19 and related issues or shut downs, fire, floods, embargoes, war, acts of war, insurrections, riots, strikes, lockouts or other labor disturbances, or acts of God; provided, however, that the party so affected shall use reasonable commercial efforts to avoid or remove such causes of nonperformance, and shall continue performance hereunder with reasonable dispatch whenever such causes are removed. We shall provide the other party with prompt written notice of any delay or failure to perform that occurs by reason of force majeure.
Return Policy
In addition to the Injury Policy, the United Cup offers a no Refund Policy. If for any reason a customer is unsatisfied or can’t travel for the event, they can contact us within 10 days of the event’s start date and get a free entree to the following event. The return will be subject to the terms and conditions listed below.
Refund Policy Terms and Conditions
- The customer must notify the United Cup of the reason for which they aren’t able to attend within 3 days of the event start date.
- For players who become injured, proof of injury has to be included for the partial refund to take place.
- Details for the refund should be provided upon request. If the United Cup Board of Directors feel the issue(s) can be addressed, they may submit a rebuttal to the player.
- The refund will 50% of the original deposit due to the following: If granted by board.
- - Cost of gear created, Hotel room bookings, Transportation bookings, FIBA/LatinBasket updates, Roster maintenance and convenience fee.
If any of the above terms are not accepted and/or met, then the refund will be rejected and no amount will be issued.
